Our classes are suitable for all ages and gender and all levels of practitioners are welcome, beginners, intermediate and advanced.

9 to 10 AM Yoga Philosophy
Wednesday Evening: 8 to 9 PM Intermediate

Yoga Teachers Classes – If you are teaching Yoga and would like to deepen your understanding of the philosophy of Yoga you can arrange a session with Aparna. These classes can be on topics such as – Bhagvad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra
